Skyline Properties, Inc., Washington State's largest independent real estate office, now offers three Puget Sound locations; Bellevue, Kent, and Seattle.

Skyline was founded in 1988 and has since expanded from basic real estate into the other related fields of the profession. They have since opened Premiere Mortgage and Alta Escrow as sister companies. The theory behind this type of expansion is to simply provide clients with a "one stop shopping" alternative.
